RENTAL TERM

Rental rates are for a reasonable event period. Under most circumstances, equipment rented for a Saturday or Sunday function will be due on the following Monday.

PAYMENT

A deposit of 50% of the total anticipated rental is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance is due the day of the event, prior to delivery or pick-up. Deposits are nonrefundable since we have reserved the items and missed other rental opportunities.

CLEANLINESS

All equipment is clean, sanitized, and table ready. Glassware and flatware are polished. Chairs are cleaned after each rental. Tents are unfolded and cleaned. All rentals are expected to be returned in the same condition it was delivered.

HANDLING

All dishware should be free of food and repacked in the same containers as delivered, and linens should be shaken out and dry. If linens become wet while in your possession, please allow them to air-dry, they must never be put in a heated dryer.

SECURITY

Security is your responsibility. Equipment must be protected from theft and weather-related damage while in your possession.
